3. Text Messaging and Mobile Numbers

If you provide or confirm a mobile phone number for PageClean text messages, we use that number to send the messages described at the point of opt-in, such as installation instructions, setup links, accountability alerts, protection status alerts, support messages, and service-related updates.

  • Message frequency varies based on your actions and account events.
  • Installation text messages are generally sent once per request.
  • Accountability and protection status alerts are generally event-based and may be up to 4 messages per month per contact.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to cancel text messages at any time.
  • Reply HELP for help, or contact PageClean at support@pageclean.com.
  • Consent to receive text messages is not required to purchase PageClean.

ProxyGroove LLC / PageClean will not sell or share SMS consent data with third parties. PageClean does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, text messaging opt-in data, or text messaging consent records with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may share mobile phone numbers with service providers, such as messaging vendors, only as needed to deliver and manage PageClean text messages and related services.

4. How We Share Information

We may share information with service providers that help us operate PageClean, such as payment processors, messaging providers, hosting providers, DNS or filtering providers, analytics tools, and customer support tools. We may also share information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, in connection with a business transfer, or with your direction or consent.

5. Accountability Contacts

If you add a trusted contact, PageClean may send that contact protection status information, such as whether protection was removed or disabled. PageClean does not share browsing history with trusted contacts.

We may use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember account state, secure the service, understand usage, and improve PageClean.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
