These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of PageClean websites, accounts, subscriptions, device setup tools, internet filtering services, support, and related text message programs. By using PageClean, you agree to these terms.
PageClean provides tools intended to help individuals and families reduce access to adult content and other selected internet categories on supported devices. PageClean is not a substitute for supervision, counseling, device security, emergency services, or professional advice. Filtering technology is imperfect and may block allowed content or fail to block unwanted content.
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate, protecting your sign-in credentials, and all activity under your account. You may use PageClean only for lawful purposes and only if you are authorized to manage the devices and contacts you add to your account.
Paid plans are billed according to the plan, trial, and billing details presented at checkout. Unless a plan says otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You authorize PageClean and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method for subscription fees, taxes, and other amounts due.
You are responsible for installing PageClean profiles or settings correctly on each device. Removing profiles, changing device settings, changing networks, operating system updates, device restrictions, or third-party service changes may affect protection. You agree not to misuse PageClean, attempt to interfere with the service, or use the service to access systems without authorization.
PageClean may let you add trusted contacts or accountability support contacts who can receive protection status alerts, including alerts when PageClean detects that protection has been disabled or removed. You are responsible for entering accurate contact information and confirming that each contact has agreed to receive those messages before adding their mobile number.
By providing a mobile phone number and opting into a PageClean text message flow, you consent to receive PageClean text messages at that number. PageClean text messages may include installation links, setup instructions, accountability alerts, protection status alerts, support messages, and service-related updates.
Our collection and use of information is described in the PageClean Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy includes additional details about mobile phone numbers and text messaging consent data.
PageClean may rely on third-party service providers for payment processing, messaging, hosting, analytics, DNS filtering, customer support, and related operations. Those providers may process information as needed to provide services to PageClean.
PageClean is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PageClean disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PageClean will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, service interruption, or content filtering outcomes.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use of PageClean after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
